Good morning, and please pardon the intrusion.

As part of a national opinion study, we would like to interview (over
the telephone) three MS patients who have had recent experience with
Rebif.

We are offering an honorarium of $100 as a thank-you for your time and
trouble. The interview will last no more than 45 minutes, and the only
catch is that it must take place this week.

I promise this is not a sales presentation of any sort--strictly opinion
research. I look forward to hearing from you.

You may reach me at 212.289.0087. This is my home office in New York.

Best regards,
David Leonard

Dear Mr. Leonard,

I was diagnosed with MS in 1997 and placed on copaxone.
Switched to Rebif about 1998. Rebif caused skin necrosis after about 1
year.
Switched to Avonex, poorly tolerated. Switched to Tysabri, briefly (we
know what happened there). Put back on Copaxone after Tysabri
withdrawn.

I can be reached at 337-989-0481.

Thank you,

David Finkelstein, MD
